I want the French version.

The English version is just so odd. It's like: *poof* Eponine has gone!

Ridiculous.

And Charlotte Gainsbourg will never cease to irritate me. She's so *glum pout*. I *know* she's playing Fantine and thus depression is a prerequisite but it's like...her mouth is depressed, rather than her.

Ah well. Got it free with the paper (about a year ago haha) so can't complain. It's better than the complete PLOT RAPE that was the 1998 Liam Neeson version - great actors in it, but so out of character. And Marius as the leader of the Amis? A weird Marius/Enjy hybrid? Idontthinkso. "Leader"? He couldn't lead a pervert into a room full of porn.

Anyway. Yeah. My thoughts are pretty much on Les Mis at the mo - with a side order (side order?! Oh Lord Laura learn how to write in non-culinary terms) of 'INEEDTOSHOPNOW!'

Day trip to London soon mefeels.
